Wellness Day Sweat

Come join us for a wellness day in January! This signature Method format is a 60-minute session made up of 50 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and 10 minutes of restoration. This class is designed to maximize your caloric burn by giving you a balanced, full-body strength and cardiovascular workout. Weights, speed, and resistance are customized based on ability and fitness levels, making classes suitable for every age and ability. Finish the class with with deep stretches and opening poses to feel refreshed and restored. We will have lunch from Sprout waiting for you at the end of class

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to sign a liability waiver, and to get sorted!
